Speaker Bio: Nate Robinson was born in Alabama and spent his childhood traveling around the globe with his parents doing missions work and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Resource Management. After college he began his career at Apple while dabbling in photography as a hobby on the side. In 2008 he joined Becka in launching Studio222 Photography as the token gadget nerd and technical smarty pants and in 2009 he asked her to be his wife.

Becka Knight was born and raised in Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology she began assisting a local wedding photographer while running a small post processing business. She grew her passion for photography and eye for creative compositions and in 2008, she started Studio222 Photography shooting weddings and portraits with Nate who, in 2009, became her fiance.

In their first 20 months of business, Becka and Nate had images published three times in national periodicals including having an image featured on the cover of Professional Photographer Magazine and have been featured on various wedding planning websites.

A quick description:

In these trying times we all need a little motherly advice to get us back on the right track.  In this session I’ll share some of my mother’s life advice that I have turned into success principles for my business. Whether it be writing down my goals to “set my vision” for my business or taking R&R days just to ”dream”.  My mother gave me a guide to succeed early on in life.  In this session I’ll explain how I have taken those rules into my business and it has flourished because of it.

Venting Sessions! with Damon Tucci

Why Won’t Anyone Let Me Do My Job?

I tend to get 12 minutes to shoot the bride and groom together. If  I have 25 minutes or more I am in heaven.  Bridezillas, Coordinators, family members and church ladies. Seems like everyone has a reason why you can’t do something. Yikes. Then 2 weeks later they want to know why you did not get that one shot.

Damon will discuss how to turn the tables and be the HERO you are!

Damon Tucci has been a professional photographer in the Orlando area for the past 20 years and has photographed over 3000 weddings. Unlike many wedding photos from the past, his images are emotional, unique, and interesting; just like the couples he photographs.

Damon’s distinct artistry is a combination of talent and experience. He began his career as an underwater cinematographer, and later as a photographer for Disney Photographic Services. It was at Disney that he carefully crafted his unique approach to wedding photography, which is a mix of documentary and stylized fashion.

His award winning work has been published in several regional and national magazines including Professional Photographer, Studio Photography and Design, Inside Weddings, In Style Weddings, and Brides. Damon is an active member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and a dynamic speaker who is frequently asked to lecture to other photography professionals across the country. He takes great pride in teaching others what he has studied for the past two decades and is honored to share his experiences with his students.
